AV Account Manager - £17K-19K + Commission - Accrington

We are representing one of the UK's leading IT distributors who have experienced rapid expansion in recent years and are generating revenue in excess of £5 billion per annum. They currently have fantastic openings in their expanding internal AV sales division for ambitious and entrepreneurial Account Managers. The successful Account Managers will be working with some of the most well-known technology brands in the world, such as Microsoft, Dell and Samsung.

The Account Managers will operate within a vibrant team-based environment with the aim of maintaining and strengthening the company's position within the IT market as the supplier of choice. The Account Manager position will involve a diverse range of activities, such as canvassing for new business, maintaining existing customer relations and selling the latest ground-breaking technologies to the market.

You will be representing a company that really looks after its employees; the lucrative basic salary for the Account Manager position is £17k-£19k and also comes with an uncapped commission scheme and numerous corporate benefits. The top billers in the company's junior division are earning in excess of £100,000 per annum. In addition to the high earning potential, one of the most attractive aspects of this role is the career progression opportunities that are on offer. Our client is interested in talented salespeople that they can mould into high-quality IT Sales professionals who can then rise up the internal career ladder to senior positions.

* We are looking for talented salespeople with proven track records of success, ideally in a B2B telesales role or in an AV environment.
* Individuals with previous IT sales experience (preferably 1-2 years in a vendor, distributor or reseller role) would be ideal, however the company will consider other sales experiences if the candidate can display a strong track-record of success.
* Career stability is important as our client is looking for individuals who want to commit to a real career for the long-term.
* Preferably the candidate will be within a commutable distance of the Accrington area.
