Why Mount Recruitment? Based a “stones throw away” from the picturesque area of the Lake District it is a name that those based in the North West can easily identify with. However, also having worked in the Thames Valley area for a number of years (the UK’s version of Silicon Valley) our name is also a reference to the negative mindset companies and candidates in this industry have when approaching recruitment.
