Because, as our emergency insurance and domestic repairs business continues its phenomenal growth, we’re looking for a number of highly organised Team Leaders to motivate and develop our Customer Service Advisors.

We provide an essential, trustworthy and highly professional service when things go wrong in our customers’ homes. Your role will be to make sure our Advisors facilitate that service. That means ensuring that they determine the nature of the work required, make appropriate cover decisions and follow-up any work carried out.

You will:

• Monitor calls and behaviours to identify development needs
• Ensure the highest quality standards
• Identify needs for improvement in processes and systems
• Offer regular coaching to your team
• Work with Resource Planning to ensure adequate staffing levels

Already a Team Leader in a customer service or contact centre environment, you’ll be looking for a role that allows you to have an even greater impact. You’ll have a strong understanding of FSA regulations and HR policies, as well as Health & Safety legislation knowledge. Not to mention an unmatched customer focus and proven ability to drive your team to achieve fantastic results.
