The first centre was developed at Castleknock, Dublin, the Republic of Ireland and a second at Malahide, Northern Dublin soon followed and due to the high demand and success of the facilities it was decided to ‘roll out’ the centres in the UK.

Today, Total Fitness are now rapidly expanding in other regions and are continuing to source sites. Our overall aim is to provide centres where a member can maintain their body at its optimum level, rehabilitate their body from illness or injury and generally improve their strength/fitness and tone. Infact, we believe we are unique in that we seek to provide ‘total’ bodily well being resulting in ‘TOTAL FITNESS’.
