| Spring Personnel are recruiting for a large company based in the Blackburn area. Primary Responsibilities to include: Using remote support tools to resolve incidents on users machines. Providing ad-hoc support visits to the remote resolution team, as directed by the service desk manager. Performing desk side support visits to resolve end-user problems that cannot be resolved remotely. Carry out installation and configuration of all end-user devices. Skills Required: Suitable experience in Microsoft products and PC support. Knowledge of networks and PC Connectivity. |
