We are currently looking to recruit a number of new members to our contact centre in Preston. You will be dealing with inbound calls, and making decisions based upon these calls. Your responsibilities will include scheduling repair work for customer's homes, talking to customers who may be in a state of shock or panic, and taking ownership of calls from first point of contact through to resolution.
This role entails working 20 or 25 hours a week, between 6pm and 10pm over 4 days. Before starting work, a 3 week training scheme would be held.
