Our client is looking to recruit staff to work on a morning shift pattern. The role will be to receive inbound calls from customers who are experiencing home emergencies; these can range from broken windows to gas leaks to floods. You will be required to identify the problem the customer is facing, empathise with them, and offer them relevant advice. You will also be responsible for arranging a tradesmen to visit the customers house to carry out repair work.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent listening skills, be able to communicate ideas in an efficient manner, and show good organisational skills to meet goals.
