    Spring Personnel are currently recruiting for one of our Preston based clients at their prestigious docks based offices, who require a Collections Manager to head up the existing team. Reporting directly into the Branch Manager, the role of the Collections Manager will incorporate managing the Team Managers who in turn manage their Accounts Reps. The successful candidate will be required to set and monitor performance targets, constantly strive to improve systems and strategies throughout the business, liaise closely with the teams as well as the blue chip clients and assist in recruitment and training. This list is not exhaustive.
    Due to the nature of the role only applicants with previous experience of management within a collections company, a high standard of education and the ability of managing managers are essential. The ability to speak a foreign language fluently and a CSA/ICM qualification are desirable.
