Listen to, monitor and analyse voice communications and work with state-of-the-art technology to provide vital and timely intelligence support to deployed military forces around the world
Intelligence Analysts (Voice) listen to, monitor and analyse radio messages that are broadcast throughout the world. You’ll operate a wide variety of state-of-the-art receiving and recording systems, specialising in voice communications. To do your work you’ll undertake a long and challenging training course, graduating as a linguist in a modern language. As your career progresses, you’ll have further opportunities to upgrade your language skills. For security reasons, details of the work you’ll do are restricted, but you’ll need a high standard of hearing and security clearance is required.
