PROJECTS MANAGER - SHOPFIT-£40-£45k

My Client is a fast-track multi-disciplined company uniquely placed to deliver comprehensive building services and mechanical and electrical engineering expertise tailored to meet the client's requirements. Working across all market sectors and has established itself as a leading player in the building services industry.

Clients include some of the countries largest retailers such as Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's, and IKEA to name a few.

The company is looking to recruit an experienced Fit Out Project Manager to join their team.

Key requirements for the role are Oversee a range of projects throughout the UK, Deal with site staff, management and clients, Ensure all projects are brought in on time and within budget, Deal with site monitoring and progress reporting, Assist with final project handover and account settlement, Liaise with commercial staff

You will have proven experience as a project manager with a Refurbishment/Fit-out contractor. Experience in Retail fit outs within supermarket chains is essential.
