| Senior Project Manager-North West-£45,000-£55,000 My client is one of the fastest growing construction consultancies in the country, they have office spread throughout the UK and are involved in a number of prestigious projects throughout Europe. There portfolio of Clients is extensive and spans a wide range of sectors including Education, Transport, Health, Residential, Retail, Local Authority and Arts & Leisure. They are currently recruiting for Senior Project Managers based in the Northwest. Successful candidates will hold a relevant qualification in project management and have experience of managing large and complex construction projects. You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of major projects. You will have experience of construction on occupied sites and of managing disparate stakeholders, ensuring good communication skills at all levels. You will have the ability to manage teams and achieve results through others. Due to the continued growth a vacancy has arisen within the company for an experienced client facing Project Manager to work within the Healthcare sector. This is a rare opportunity to join the well established Healthcare team and work on a range of projects of differing size, project value and complexity. The role will involve refurbishments / upgrading and re-design of existing hospital facilities and New build hospital developments. You will have experience of large Capital projects, ideally within the Health sector and have a working knowledge of the overall development process. Show the ability to demonstrate flexibility and commercial awareness and the ability to excel within a team. General requirements for this role include all Client interface and stakeholder approvals, Value and risk management, Consultant selection and fee management, Prepare, implement and close out Project Execution Plan, Design and Design Management, Formulating and implementing procurement strategy, Prepare Monthly Client Progress Reports.
