Quantity Surveyor- North West -General Build
The Client
My Client is based in Warrington, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, due to expansion and won tenders.
The company specialises in new-build commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare and leisure projects they are looking to expand their commercial department due to newly won Multi Million Pound Projects.
The Role
As Quantity Surveyor you will based in on site and will be looking after one of the projects. Teams consist of quantity surveyors, assistants and trainees' reporting directly to the commercial manager.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be expected to have a minimum of 3 Years experience at QS level. Preferably from a General Construction background and RICS Qualified.
