| The ideal candidate will be a Time served highly skilled individual. Familiar will all types of press tools, jigs and fixtures. A team player who can work on own initiative. Expected to deliver high quality work to agreed timescales. The role will involve: Conventional milling, turning, grinding, drilling, bench fitting and CNC machining. Repair/replace damaged or broken tooling. Use of over head hoists and handling materials. Problem solving in a Toolroom/Press Shop/ Machine Shop/Foundry environment. Maintaining documentation required by the business. Maintaining the required standards of housekeeping. Liaising with supervision to establish requirements. Daily use of hand tools. Contributing to continuous improvement. Lifting of tools/die sections up to 25kg.
