Our client is a national firm offering home emergency services, are looking to recruit part time staff for their busy call centre in Preston. You will be responsible for the scheduling of engineers and tradesmen to visit customers houses to perform maintenance and repair services. Working on a 6 week shift cycle, the hours will be 10am til 3pm. Good communication skills, and the ability to empathise with customers are key attributes for this role.
