| Project manager- fit out- North West- £40-45k My client is an award winning national interior fit out and refurbishment specialist, they have an impressive reputation for providing the highest level of quality on every job and work on a wide range of projects. Due to a major increase in projects in the New Year the company are looking to strengthen their team with the addition of an experienced Project Manager to join their company. You will be experienced at managing site staff and carrying out the co-ordination of the design and construction process and the activities of the site contractors also securing project deliveries to time and within budget. Having experience within commercial interior fit out is of major importance. You will be responsible for seeing projects from tendering to finalisation. Other duties will also include " Budget setting " Prepare reports and attend client meetings " Planning & Logistics of projects " Safety, Quality, Conduct and Communication You will have previous experience working on projects values of up to £6 million and will come from a Project Manager background. There is also a wide scope for progression within the company if you can prove your skills and abilities. This is an opportunity for a Project Manager with these attributes to further their career within an evolving company.
