An Award winning Organisation based in South Manchester are recruiting Credit Controllers to join their brand new offices in the heart of Didsbury Village.
As a Credit Controller, you will be joining a friendly and professional team and will be responsible for liaising with specific customers regarding the management of their accounts, collecting outstanding monies from airtime subscribers via automated direct debit, credit cards, cash payments and BACS. Along side as a Credit Controller you will also be responsible for amending customer payment methods and promoting payment arrangements by Direct Debits and continuous credit card payments.
We are seeking applicants who have previous experience within Credit Control or have done financial collections. Applicants must process the ability in resolving a range of queries, working to targets and enjoy problem solving. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve results from any situation.
