TECHNICAL PROJECT LEAD - SOFTWARE DEVELOPER LOOKING FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT ROLE - C#/JAVA/PYTHON - EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY PAYING UP TO £48,000.


This is a rare opportunity to participate in the software development process of a major software company with both open and closed projects at the core of the strategy. You will be working closer with other areas of the business, developing software with an immediate and lasting market impact. It is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that invests heavily into the training and development of its staff.

Responsibilities:
Day to day project management and scheduling
Project planning and scheduling
Day to day issue triage
Code quality and architectural integrity
Imput into future project requirements
User interface design and programming
Server-side feature implementation

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in software engineering or computer science, or better. However, exceptionally strong candidates without an applicable degree will be considered.
5 years experience of application software development.
Knowledge and experience of entire product lifecycle, along with experience, along with experience of driving a project from prototype to shipping.
Experience in working to tight deadlines and be able to prioritize work accordingly.
Candidates will be expected to be comfortable in a wide range of languages and techniques, including C# / Java and Python or other scripting languages.
The ideal candidate would be experienced and comfortable working throughout the server application stack as well as on the client side.
Familiarity with functional programming techniques would be an advantage.
