This is a Mpeople vacancy who are operating as an employment business. You will provide a full range of secretarial and administrative duties to two Associate Directors and their senior staff. Responsible for managing and prioritising own workload and coordinating of their diaries.
Main Duties:
• Undertake specific projects and tasks relevant to the Associate Directors including information collection and preparing reports as required.
• Provide a fully comprehensive and confidential range of secretarial and administrative services to the Associate Directors and Senior Managers as required, including managing the daily post, emails, typing, filing and preparing routine correspondence and reports.
• Provide diary management for the Associate Directors and Senior Managers utilising an electronic diary system. Managing diary conflicts and agreeing diary appointments and scheduling meetings to ensure the most effective use of the Associate Directors’ time in relation to the Trusts activities and priorities.
• Take minutes at meetings as required.
• Co-ordination of meetings, workshops and events including the organisation of agendas, speakers, venues, refreshments and delegates.
• Arrange bookings for conferences and events co-ordinating travel and accommodation requirements.
