Candidate – Summary
We are looking for bright enthusiastic individual to work within the breach / asset realisation team.
The candidate must be able to use their own initiative and work as part of a team to help manage cases where they are in breach of their arrangement, to identify solutions to maintain, offer a different solution, or close the case. They must also work on their own initiative to ensure assets due into arrangements are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Role Purpose – Summary
The role of the Breach / Asst Realisation Team is to process the information for cases that are in breach of their arrangement, identify an appropriate resolution to make the case sustainable, offer a different solution or close it following appropriate insolvency guidelines. The team also deals with asset realisations, which form part of a large number of arrangements.
Main Duties
1. To review cases that are in breach of their arrangement
2. To identify appropriate actions to close or maintain the case
3. To communicate with the customer at all stages of the process both in letter and by telephone
4. To track each case through to resolution
5. To control asset realisations of all types

Job Details
• Successful candidates will be based in Fairclough House, Adlington
• Salary for the role £12K – however this position offers a salary banding with potential to increase to £14K
• Starting salary will be £500 less then the agreed salary for the successful candidate for the duration of the probationary period, rising to full salary once the probationary period is complete – typically after three months.
