Candidate – Summary
We are looking for an experienced administrator preferably from within a customer service environment.
Able to work to individual performance targets with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate over the telephone and by letter customers who may be in distress.
Must be competent in the use of MS-Office (Excel and Word)
Responsibilities of the Variations Team
1. Assess debtors financial details
2. Liaise with customers via telephone or letter
3. Chasing customers for missing information
4. Updating customer information electronically
5. Checking administration
6. General office administration

Job Details
• Salary for the role £12K – however this position offers a salary banding with potential to increase to £13K
• Starting salary will be £500 less then the agreed salary for the successful candidate for the duration of the probationary period, rising to full salary once the probationary period is complete – typically after three months.
