As part of a planned expansion in turnover a vacancy has arisen at my client's Preston office for an experienced Contract Manager who has a proven record in the running of Mechanical Building Services projects up to a value of £1.5M.
The successful applicant would be experienced in multi project management and be fully conversant with all technical and financial matters applicable to the role.
The ability to work in a team environment is essential and the appropriate applicant will be offered a salary package commensurate with the importance of the position.
