| Inbound Customer Service and Retentions Advisors required to join an award winning organisation in Manchester City Centre. We have an exiting new position working for one of largest health insurance companies in the city centre of Manchester area, this exiting opportunity is for experienced Customer Service Advisors who are looking for a new challenge and a company that put their customer's fist. You will be responsible for dealing with a range of customer enquiries regarding their medical plans and policies, each call will offer a lot of variety as each will requires a unique approach in responding to the query. Along side this you will also be contacting customers to renew their policies and discuss a selection of products that may be of benefit to them. You will be joining a highly established Medical Insurance organisation that has over 130 years experience and have a strong media campaign on the television. You will be working in modern and attractive offices are located in the heart of Manchester city centre, close to all the shops, bars, and restaurants.
