Duties include:
To provide an initial point of contact for customers logging support calls
To provide a friendly and informative service for all customers
Logging support calls on to the job tracking system
Carry out courtesy calls to customers who have recently had work carried out by the company
Place logistics orders for consumables orders and replacement handsets
