The Workpoint are looking to recruit a good all-round administrator for a young, vibrant, local company. Based in central Blackburn, our client is a very busy, fast-paced organisation although the working atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The role will involve all aspects of administration, including basic accounts and reception. Duties will include:
Managing reception, meeting and greeting, answering and transferring calls.
Dealing with customers and suppliers
Obtaining quotes from suppliers
General accounts work including raising invoices, purchase/sales ledger
Setting production schedules
Requirements:
Previous administration experience
Experience of Sage
Knowledge of all Microsoft packages
Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Confident telephone manner along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Graphic design/Print background would be an advantage although not essential.
