Spring Personnel are recruiting for a large client within blackburn for a Supply Chain Admin candidate, main duties,
2.Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities of job
Provide support to the Supply Chain Manager by way of;
·Obtaining pre-agreed management information reports.
·Arranging, and providing support in conducting and reporting in relation to supplier audits.
·Arranging, recording and circulating minutes of supply Chain meetings both with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
·Ensuring that suppliers provide trading accounts, insurance documents and other information required on an annual basis.
·Maintaining supplier records.
·Undertaking market research on prospective suppliers / clients.
·Issuing communications regarding changes within the supply chain to stakeholders within the business
·Acting as a referral point particularly in the absence of the Supply Chain Manager in dealing with unresolved issues with stakeholders and suppliers
·Maintain awareness of developments within the varying categories of supply.
·Ensure all files and correspondence are correctly maintained and provide clear and concise history of events and actions.
·Ensure own technical and professional development progress in accordance with agreed PDP. Other soft skills training will be organised through your line manager in accordance with company procedures.
