Creative multimedia designer - 20-30k - reading - design, graphic, web, digital, interactive, print, photoshop, indesign, quark, illustrator, flash, Director, fireworks, aftereffects

A hugely reputable top Reading agency is on the lookout for an inspiring and talented all round designer.

As part of their major expansion plans, my client is on the lookout for a highly experienced designer who is able to execute creative ideas in print, digital and web. You will have a real understanding and passion for branding, being able as you will to appreciate the designer's contribution that stretches beyond mere visual identity. You will be experienced and at home at working with a wide range of B2B and B2C brands.

Whether you are an established designer with a few years under your belt and a bulging portfolio of full eye catching designs - or if you're fresh out of college and itching to make your mark on the design world - I want to hear from you.

Essential skills/experience:

-Highly creative and conceptual graphic and web design skills
-Photoshop, Indesign, Quark, Illustrator, etc...
-Flash, Dreamweaver
-Html CSS
-Excellent portfolio
-Enthusiastic, fun and friendly

Beneficial skills/experience:

-Previous design agency experience
