| Primary purpose of the job To convert leads from all sources to clients Main duties Incoming Enquiries: Respond to these, which come from a variety of sources, converting as many as possible to clients. Chasing Prospects: Contact prospects frequently first by phone and then by e-mail. Prospect List: Maintain an accurate and real-time record of all contacts with prospects. Account Management: Phone clients on all services for which you are responsible on a Quarterly basis to ascertain how happy they are with the service and to secure referrals. In addition, phone new clients one month after they have joined ICS. Marketing: Evaluate where leads come from and advise the Business Development Manager on suggested changes or increased expenditure if appropriate. Absence Cover: Carry out tasks as allocated by the Business Development Manager during his absences from the office. Reporting: E-mail your Weekly Report to the Business Development Manager, copying in the Managing Director, before leaving each Friday. |
