Full Description:
Telesales Executive required for immediate start to work within the Financial Services

The aim of the role is to arrange face to face first appointments for our expanding consultant sales force of 40 Independent Financial Advisers (IFA's).

* Contact leads generated by marketing / advertising
* Discuss the services available
* Negotiate a booking for a first appointment
* Manage a daily case-load
* Assess the level of selling required for each set of circumstances
* Carry out follow-up calls to previously closed leads

Requirements:
*Experience within the financial services sector is advantageous but not compulsory
*Proven tract record within a call centre environment
*Excellent communication skills
*Good negotiation skills
*Able to achieve key targets
*Able to work both on your own initiative and as a team player
*Highly motivated
*Enthusiastic with a passion to succeed within a growing company
*Flexible with working patterns

Benefits
Basic salary of £13k to £14k plus a performance related bonus of around £300-400 per month. The opportunity to work towards the FPC qualification and CEMAP would be available.
20 days holiday per year increasing by one day per year to a max of 25 days. All statutory bank holidays.
