| We currently have a vacancy for an Account Manager/Client Services Co-ordinator within a well-established and prestigious company based in Blackburn. The company is part of a global group and are the largest manufacturer of their product within the UK. The role involves working as part of a team co-ordinating all customer requirements from initial contact to delivery with a high level of customer orientation. Main Responsibilities Responsibilities include regular contact with customers, establishment of requirement, harmonisation of customer priorities ensuring they receive what they originally requested and resolving issues. Constant liaison with customers will be required to deal with any problems encountered and to build a positive relationship. Requirements You will need to be confident in dealing with difficult situations with customer satisfaction being your top priority. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, good telephone and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to follow procedures whilst also possessing initiative. A good standard of education is required together with experience of broad-based computer office and logistics systems. Some flexibility in working hours will be required in order to ensure that we meet the needs of the customer. A proven attendance and timekeeping record is essential and will be taken into account when selecting people for interview. Previous experience in a Client Services based role is also an essential requirement for this position. The hours are 9 – 5.30pm Monday – Friday with a fantastic holiday and benefit package.
