Games Developer. C++. Direct X. OpenGL. 3D. My client is a market leading video games provider who are seeking a talented games developer to join their successful team. You will be working on their latest titles for Wii and Playstation3, responsible for all stages of development, working primarily in C++, 3D, Direct X and VC++.
The ideal games developer will come from a 3D or gaming background, with skills in some or all of the following: - C++, VC++, 3D, OpenGL, Direct X, and ideally experience developing PSP, PS2, XBOX, Wii, Gamecube or DS Games. You will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis, to design, documentation, development & testing. You will be developing the latest titles, using 3D tools such as OpenGL and Direct X to write sophisticated functions for mobile games, with VC++ as the primary language. Software Developers who have a strong mathematical background and algorithm development will have an advantage.
You will be working for one of the biggest players in the industry, and as a highly reputable games company, you will be working on many exciting projects using cutting edge technologies.
