Site Manager - Lancashire- New Build- Competitive Salary Our client is an Up and Coming Construction company. With a wealth of experience in construction the company is going from strength to strength and adding a number of impressive contracts to its name. The company has been involved in many different types of project; from New build Office Blocks / Retail space and impressive residential developments. The company prides itself on its personal touch and work closely with their clients and professionals to find cost sensitive quality solutions in the construction industry. The company is currently looking to recruit a Site Manager for a new development that has been won in the Lancashire Area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Site Manager in the construction industry. You will have exceptional man management skills and the ability to work within a budget and time scale without compromising quality.
