Contract Manager- North West-New Build/Refurbishment-£40-50k

The Company has enjoyed continued success within the new build and refurbishment sectors of the Industrial, Leisure, Retail and Commercial markets and is seeking to continue its growth and expansion by the recruitment of talented individuals.

You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role looking after projects valued up to and around £15 million.

Ideally Chartered/Degree qualified Engineers with good planning and programming skills, together with a proven talent and ability to prepare and deliver projects within time and budget.

You will be an excellent communicator, motivator and manager, with a positive 'can do' mental attitude.
