Project Manager-Social Housing-North West-£38-45k

My client has undertaken a period of sustained growth and they have become one of the UK's leading companies working within the social housing sector and are looking for a:

Project manager to join there forward thinking team.

They strive to maintain that there high quality of work is completed on time, experience and precision are central to the companies' mission and that they ensure that a successful working relationship is established and maintained with each of its clients.

The ideal candidate will have worked on projects ranging from 500k to 30million and have a strong refurbishment background. Experience in general build will also be looked at.

They will offer excellent package, including a car allowance and fuel card, pension purchase scheme etc.
