| Project Manager- New Build/Refurbishment- North West- £38-44k Our client is one of the leading UK construction companies and has been established for nearly 90 years. There standards of quality and finishes have produced a high level of repeat client work. There services cover bespoke and traditional projects, both new build and refurbishment, procured through a combination of routes, traditional, negotiation and often on a design and build format, as well as a high level of repeat retail and interior fit out projects, many of which can also involve extensive construction requirements. Projects include retail, financial, development, leisure, residential, education and commercial sectors. The role of the Project Manager is to safely manage and control site activities to a satisfactory completion, liaise with the client and ensure that projects are completed to a high standard. The successful candidate will be required to have an involvement in pre-tender and design stages of contracts and to manage the on-site project team, including sub-contractors, suppliers and designers. They will also be required to monitor site expenditure and a high level of competence in all areas of Project Management is essential.
