PROJECT MANAGER (CONSULTANCY) TO COORDINATE NORTH WEST EDUCATION/HEALTH PROJECTS

This company are at the head of the construction consulting industry - from the blue chip client base to the philosophy that attracts the best and gives them an exceptionally low staff turnover. Due to a successful order book, specifically within the Education and Health Sector, there is now the requirement for a PROJECT MANAGER to join the team.

Candidates will work on a number of high profile schemes with some of the leading Educational Institutions in the North West on both Refurbishment and New Build Projects.

Duties will include:
*Specification reviews
*Assessments of procurement proposals
*Contractual arrangements
*Design team suitability
*Cost appraisals
*Risk analysis
*Site inspections

You will need to demonstrate good technical and professional knowledge and have skills at leading a team. It is essential that you have a good sense of motivation with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating good verbal and written communication skills.
