Part time Retentions Executives are needed to join a highly reputable Health Care company based in Manchester City centre, with very close public transport links, bars, restaurants and shops.

Hours of work will be Monday- Friday 3:00pm- 8:00 pm 25 hours per week
This role is ideally for applicants who have gained retentions or telesales experience.

You will be responsible to contact existing customers who are wishing to leave the company to gather information as to why they are looking to leave, resolve a variety of enquires and negotiate and amend their policies to meet the customers requirements. As part of your role, you will also be responsible for contacting previous customers to discuss new products and to discuss setting up a new policy with them

This role is ideal for applicants who gained previous retentions or out bound sales. It is not essential to come from a health insurance background, however this would be an advantage.

*Previous experience within an outbound warm or cold telesales role
*Excellent telephone skills
* Target driven and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy talking to people
*Confident applicants who can build a positive rapport with customers
*Applicant who have a proven record of working towards targets
*Applicants who are customer service orientated
*Applicants who are self motivated and can work from their own initiative

The successful retentions executive will receive the following benefits
*Salary: £14,709- 15,000 (Pro Rata)
*OTE £24,000 uncapped
