My client, is recognised around the world as a pre-eminent lodging hospitality company, offering guests and customers the finest accommodations, services, amenities and value for business or leisure for more than 80 years are seeking an Inbound Sales Executive to join their fantastic offices at Manchester Airport to join their conference and marketing department.

You will be working within brand new state of the art of facilities, taking inbound calls from clients who wish to book conferences and events within the hotel's facilities including business conferences, weddings, parties, and marketing events.

Your role will require you to promote and up sell the key features of the hotel, and ensure booking confirmation is provided and meeting the clients needs on all levels. Along side this, you will be responsible for completing call backs to messages, and existing clients.

We are seeking professional and enthusiastic applicants who possess excellent communication skills and previous experience of working on the telephone in a customer focused role that may had included an element of up sell ling. Applicants who are able to build a rapport with clients and enjoy working in a busy environment are welcome to apply.
