Full Description:
Administrators and customer focused applicants are required to join a leading financial company as Agency Advisors, within their expanding and highly professional offices in Manchester City Centre.

This is a brand new and exciting role, suitable for applicants who are eager to develop their career within the financial sector. You will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of enquiries received via telephone, email and WFI relating to an agency and commission of Independent Financial Advisors, and respond to work-types including agency set-ups, policy transfers, mergers and commission queries, and later agency debt collection procedures.

We are seeking applicants who have gained experience of working within an administrative role, it is not essential that you have experience within the finance, however, this is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are seeking passionate applicants who are customer focused and who are seeking a new challenge. It is essential that you enjoy working to deadlines and also be able to work with a high level of accuracy.

If you have administrative or customer service experience, then this is the role for you.
