| Experienced telephone based Customer Service Advisors are required to join a reputable an nationally based Health Care company based in the UK. My client is one of the largest Health Insurance companies in the North West who have offices in the heart of Manchester City Centre and they are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding organisation As a Customer Service Retentions Advisor based in the heart of the City Centre you will be responsible for Taking calls from existing customers who are wanting to purchase health care cover and discuss a range of plans, Building a professional rapport with customers to gather key information relating to the customers requirements, resolving a range of health care policy queries, and sending out policy statements and information packs. My client is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking applicants who have proven experience of working with a customer service role, where you have dealt with a range of queries. Communications skills are essential and to work with a high level of accuracy is integral to the role. You will be working as part of a successful and professional team of customer service ad visors, within fantastic modern offices in Manchester City Centre, walking distance from key transport links and shops.
