Full Description:
We are seeking applicants who have gained experience in a Senior Customer Services role or have provide business to business support to customers, or account management to join as high value Business Service Ad visors in the heart of South Manchester, close to shops, restaurants and cafes.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 8-9 high profile Business Partners for the company. You will be responsible for maintaining strong working relationships, and providing a support function to their requirements. The main tasks will include completing bespoke reporting, barring and unbarring mobile hand sets, setting up contracts and dealing with the management of the day to day enquiries.

The ability to maintain rapport and work to deadlines is essential. This is an exciting opportunity for any one who is seeking to progress within the company.
