Duties include:
*Contact potential customers and, using exceptional sales skills and persuasive personality, add them to our customer database.
*Be well organised and motivated; you will be responsible for diarising follow ups and ensuring that your leads receive the best customer service experience possible
*Be up to date with the latest product knowledge in order to make recommendations, speak authoritatively and build strong customer relationships.
*you will be highlighting features, explaining benefits and overcoming objections at every turn.
*Use the marketing database and other I.T systems to accurately record customer information
*Convey our brand's high levels of quality and service ensuring a positive customer experience
*Comply with the requirements of the staff handbook, health & safety and quality standards.
