Full Description:
Our client based in Blackburn are currently looking for a customer service person to work in the new claims department.

Duties include:
-Answering the Telephone
-Dealing with customer's queries
-Processing new insurance claims
-Data Entry

Suitable candidate must have a confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
as they will be first point of contact with the customer. The candidate should also have excellent keyboard skills.

Hours will be 12-8
