Spring Personnel are recruiting a number of Field Engineers to cover the UK, 1-2 days per week based in the Lancashire area and the rest of the work travelling within the North West with the possiablity of further a field.
Duties:
To act as an installation team in isolation or as part of a team.Perform site surveys.To ensure best practice in delivery to site from works & parts management.To support the Operations Team.Regular communication with Operations Manager on any site/product/personnel issues to ensure the smooth progression of works.Photographing installations and passing to the Operations Manager.Conduct site service & fault rectification visits.
Skills:
Certified to the latest IEE regulationsKnowledge and experience of installing electronic and mechanical Access Control productsAbility to operate on own initiative to ensure completion of works within time frames & with allocated resourcesTrack record of successful fault finding & first time fix installsAbility to sell add-on products & services during site surveysCapability to deliver practical demonstrationsAbility to contribute to the company’s knowledge databaseDesirable although not compulsory: Technically trained and competent in the installation and servicing of the following products;Automatic Doors (Including ADSA certification), Security Screens (fixed and electric)An understanding of cctv and its applicationKnowledge and experience of biometric systems
