| Spring Personnel are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for championing and successfully controlling all activity with MBL’s largest customer. The role will involve communicating directly with the customer and with every element of MBL – Field Merchandising Team, Buying, Distribution Centre, etc. Main Responsibilities · Initial contact for Customer’s Head Office Team § Deal with or escalate queries as required. § Ensuring the customers requests/queries are resolved to the highest level. · Control of Promotional Activity § Maintaining Promotional Schedule in line with the Buying Team. § Creation of internal Promotion Form. § Ensuring Customer Timescales are met for Information. § Communication activity to Customer Services and Field Merchandising Team. · Control of the Range Change process § Monitoring and adjusting Range Change Schedule as necessary whilst ensuring customer expectations are met. § Ensuring New Line Forms, planograms go over to the customer in line with their timelines. § Ensuring relevant POS & labels are sent for range change activity. · Creation of Store Returns Authorisation requests § Raising RA’s in line with activity schedules and customer requirements § Dealing with stores to resolve any queries § Raising Old Stock/Faulty RAs in line with HO requests. § Liasing with Returns Department in anticipation of the return. · Control of New Store Openings/Store Revamps § Ensuring all product & POS has been ordered for the install. § Liasing with Field Team for installation date. · Analysis on Sales § Collation of Sales Figures. § Promotional review during promotional period. § Anticipated returns from store. § Analysis of Returns rates/Sell Through on promotions. § Monitoring of Store Compliance on returning stock. · Maintenance of Store/Space Matrices · Involved in checks and balances on New Line Forms and Planograms. Skills/Abilities Required · Excellent Communication skills. · Attention to detail. · Highly organised. · Enthusiasm and drive. Background/Experience · Background in a customer focused role especially of the retail/grocery market. · Experience in dealing with external clients · Experience in an FMCG business. |
