Role
To take personal ownership of a number of key corporate and public sector accounts.
Negotiating payments from overdue customer accounts.
Ensuring targets are met without compromising first class customer services.

Requirements
The successful candidates will have:
Previous experience in a collections/ credit control environment.
Be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
Proven ability to handle numerical data in spreadsheet format.
Have a focus of customer service.
