Our client is a Construction and Civil Engineering company with a turnover approaching £25M. Due to continued controlled growth, the company is now seeking the addition of a Site Manager for projects throughout the North West.

The company undertakes contracts between £50K and £12M and has gained an excellent reputation in the fields of Traditional and Design and Build construction schemes with the majority of contracts undertaken on a repeat business basis. As such the successful Site Manager should possess experience and expertise in the completion of high profile fast track construction schemes. Exposure in other sectors including Luxury Homes, Leisure, Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Retail and High Rise projects would also be beneficial.

The appointed Site Manager will benefit from the company's training scheme and be offered a highly competitive salary in the region of £35,000 in addition to an excellent remuneration package.
