RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

D2 Recruitment is a thriving specialist recruitment consultancy based in Lancashire. Our excellent reputation has enabled unrivalled growth. Our newer divisions which include Construction, Technical, and Engineering are making impressive inroads into their new markets.

As part of our future expansion plans we have a number of exciting opportunities for ambitious graduates. We are now seeking to recruit several Recruitment Consultants across the different divisions at our head office in Lancashire.

You will be responsible for developing relationships and winning recruitment business with companies across the North West. Ideally you should have previous experience in a sales/customer service role and be a confident communicator. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be computer literate, self-motivated and enthusiastic. We are looking for people that are professional and articulate, with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
