Due to their constant growth they are looking to recruit an Administrator to provide support to the Audit Department. Reporting directly to the Senior Audit Manager the role will be as follows:
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To undertake computerised management of documents
• To prepare a variety of standard format letters
• To carry out database work
• To take Minutes of the Audit Department’s Meetings
• To provide administrative support to the Senior Audit Manager
• To carry out other administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Audit Department;
• To assist with providing cover in the firm’s Reception area during holidays/sickness
• To undertake such additional or alternative duties when requested and in line with experience, skills and training
Skills/Attributes Required:
• Excellent administration skills
• Experience of using recognised software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills as there will be considerable contact with both internal staff and external clients at all levels.
Training Provision:
• Full on the job training and support including the use of specific software used by the firm.
• Regular appraisals and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement.
