| We are looking for an energy consultant to undertake BREEAM work, iSBEM and Building Reg Part L assessments. Responsibilities The successful candidate will have involvement in progressing the status and skills of the Energy/sustainability offering within the company environment. Essential Criteria • BREEAM accreditation • Familiarity with using iSBEM software and the manipulation of data associated. • Ability to run part L Building Reg checks. Desirable Criteria • Keen to develop the wider sustainability concept within a multi-discipline group. • BREEAM accreditation in either /any Schools, Offices, Ecohomes, bespoke. • Familiar with Hevacomp front-end to run iSBEM check. • Accreditation to sign off developers portion of Part L compliance Remuneration Package - Salary - negotiable depending on skills - Money Purchase Scheme Pension – Contributory 6% - 5% - Sharesave Scheme - Share Ownership Scheme - Holidays - 23 days plus Bank Holidays If you meet the essential criteria then please email blackburnjobs@mpeople-recruitment.com Only candidates with the criteria met and demonstrated on their cv will be contacted. |
