LAND MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL - LANCASHIRE

Established over 75 years, our client, a private leading regional housebuilder requires a motivated Land Manager. Based in Lancashire this is the ideal environment for a Land Manager with residential experience to take your career onto the next level.

With significant available funds, you will manage a team to acquire land for residential development across the region, sourcing land through private vendors and agents, developing offers and working through the legal elements of the role. It calls for someone with exceptional research and negotiation skills, with the dedication, tenacity and organisation to guide developments through to successful conclusions. This position may suit an experienced Land Buyer seeking their first step on the management ladder.
